SurveySA now offers three easy ways to request surveys:

HANDWRITE & FAX

Download and print the survey request form (requires the free Adobe Reader), handwrite in your information, and fax it back to us at (210) 877-1012. Instructions for download.

TYPE & FAX

Download the survey request form (requires Microsoft Word), type in your information, and fax it back to us at (210) 877-1012. Instructions for download.

ONLINE FORM

Simply fill out the online survey request form and click Submit.

Please remember the following when requesting a survey:

• Final surveys that are out of county or not platted will be scheduled for fielding upon receipt of Title Commitment.
• Final surveys that are in county and platted will be scheduled for drafting upon receipt of Title Commitment.
• Orders received after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
• Usual turn-around time is three to four days, weather permitting.
• Please let us know if there are special circumstances; we will do our best to accommodate you.

You will receive a confirmation of your order by fax. Please keep this confirmation for your records.
